Tactical Plugins — Full Star-Up Data (0★ → 10★)

The first public dataset for the Tactical Plugin system (Destroyer-EX). Everything below was measured live on Sept 20, 2026 by resetting an orange plugin to 0★ and rebuilding it to 8★ on screen, with every EXP bar and material cost recorded — then cross-checked by rebuilding the other three plugins of the same slot from 0★ to 8★. Every EXP threshold, gate cost and stat tick matched across all four plugins, and the numbers reconcile to the digit. ✅

Each 8★ plugin contributes 1,150,000 power (174,000 at 0★). The other factions carry equivalent sets with identical numbers and star-up costs — only the faction the hero stats apply to changes, so pick the set matching the troops that formation actually runs.


Every star is a track of 8 markers. Most are EXP steps (fill the bar with universal Plugin EXP); the diamond markers are material gates that consume duplicate copies of the same plugin. Every marker — EXP step or gate — gives the same stat and power tick for that star.

The final gate of each star is the big one — measured on the way up: 20 catalysts close 1★, then duplicate copies of the same plugin: 1 at 3★, 5 at 6★, 8 at 7★ and 10 at 8★, with the mid-track gates making up the rest of each star’s copy bill.

One plugin, 0★ → 8★ = 58,486,700 EXP + 57 duplicate copies + 20 catalysts (verified against both the reset refund and the live EXP counter). The 9★ row is now partly measured: a plugin pushed past 8★ recorded the first two EXP steps live (5,777,000 + 5,892,500 = 11,669,500 — the first step confirms the ×1.3784 per-star growth exactly), plus the per-step stats: primary +64, secondary +1.5% (Troop ATK/DEF type) / +0.6% (Troop DMG) / +0.3% (Troop HP), and power +29,000 per marker. Extrapolating the measured in-star step pattern gives ~30.7M EXP for the full star; the 10★ figure applies the same ×1.3784 factor once more. Copy costs for the 9★/10★ gates are unknown until someone crosses them — the 2★→8★ progression ran 1 / 2 / 3 / 6 / 8 / 16 / 21.

Plugin Crafting — where duplicate copies come from ✅

The Craft tab (next to Backpack) makes plugins directly, one faction tab at a time, with eight recipes per faction — the four purple Mk III plugins and the four orange Ultra IV plugins. The recipe is the same for every plugin, read live:

This prices the whole star-up in materials: one orange plugin’s 0★→8★ copy bill (57 duplicates) = 5,700 gold materials, and a fresh plugin adds 100 more. Green, blue and purple plugins all work as EXP fodder for the bar, but the copy gates demand the exact same orange plugin — so gold crafting materials are the true endgame currency of this system.

Every chest rarity rolls the same Rare Item pool: one random orange plugin out of all 12 (4 slots × 3 factions, each 8.333%) — so a random chest has only a 1-in-3 chance of even landing in your faction, and 1-in-12 of being the exact plugin you need. The Orange Plugin Choice Box is the only targeted source: it lets you pick any 1 of the 12 directly. When the rare doesn’t fire, the chest pays the Common roll instead.

The pity counter is visible in the game’s own Probabilities ⓘ tooltip and climbs linearly with every open that misses — the whole curve is deterministic (purple: 2.988% at open 12 → 98.8% at 77 → 100% at 78; blue: 1.585% at 59 → 37.8% at 499 → 100% at 500; green: 0.289% at 385 → 0.891% at 999 → 100% at 1,000; all measured on live tooltips). What this means: gold chests are practically a plugin every 2–3 opens plus 20 gold materials per miss; purple chests are your purple-fodder firehose with a real orange every ~26; blue and green chests are EXP-fodder printers whose orange is a long-tail bonus. Since the random orange is only 1/12 targeted, value the Choice Box far above everything else when picking event rewards.

Plugin Resonance — the account-wide payoff

Installing orange plugins activates Plugin Resonance, and the resonance level follows the lowest star level among the installed plugins — one 5★ plugin next to three 3★ plugins gives only 3★ resonance (verified live). Level the set evenly; a single plugin racing ahead buys nothing here. Bonuses are All Heroes’ ATK & DEF (flat, account-wide) — read live at resonance 8:

The 9★ bonus explicitly requires every installed Tactical Plugin to be Orange quality at 9★ — resonance follows the whole set, not your best plugin.


Measured on a Wings of Dawn set at Destroyer-EX and validated across all four plugins of the slot — the star-up curve is identical for every plugin. The stat-per-step column is the primary stat (faction heroes’ ATK or DEF, same curve). The secondary stat follows the same 8-tick pattern as Troop HP (0.4% → 12.4%) scaled by a fixed multiplier: ×1 Troop HP (EM Shield), ×5 Troop ATK (Fire Amplifier, 2% → 62%) and Troop DEF (Capacitor Armor), ×2 Troop DMG (Electro Pulse, 0.8% → 24.8%). Skill values scale per star (shield factor +30/star, damage reduction 3.0% → 8.6% across 8 stars).
