Hexagons are the real level system
Section titled “Hexagons are the real level system”The hexagons under an item are the promotion track. Each whole hexagon has 6 sub-steps. The item’s displayed Lv. is just a readout of the hexagon count.
| Hexagons | Item Lv. | Max enhance | Weapon power | Helmet power | Armor power | Boots power |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 55 | +5 | 362,766 | 366,790 | 365,516 | 369,540 |
| 2 | 60 | +10 | 462,330 | 466,575 | 467,830 | 472,075 |
| 3 | 65 | +15 | 561,838 | 566,305 | 570,088 | 574,555 |
| 4 | 70 | +20 | 661,402 | 666,120 | 672,402 | 677,120 |
| 5 | 75 | +25 | 760,911 | 765,880 | 774,661 | 779,630 |
Base stats move only on whole hexagons
Section titled “Base stats move only on whole hexagons”Weapon Hero ATK: 5,493 → 5,838 → 6,183 → 6,528 → 6,873 (+345 flat per hexagon)
Weapon Hero ATK%: 5.3 → 5.6 → 5.9 → 6.2 → 6.5 (+0.3 per hexagon)
Sub-steps do not change base stats. They move promotion stats only.
⭐ The single most important rule
Section titled “⭐ The single most important rule”How this was proven: a live Lv.65 SMG showed 620,358 power and a Lv.65 helmet showed 624,825. Subtract the hexagon-3 base from each and both give exactly +58,520 — five sub-steps. Both also showed promotion stats of +5,679 Hero ATK and +12.3% Troop DMG, which land precisely on hexagon step 3 5/6 in the full table.

A formation is 5 pieces, not 4
Section titled “A formation is 5 pieces, not 4”Gearing one full formation costs 340M Zents / 127,000 Power Cores / 50 Orange Equipment — exactly 5× the single-piece cost, even though only four slot types appear in the tables above.
The 5th slot is the exclusive weapon: a hero-specific slot that every combat S hero has — the faction leader, defense and HP heroes, 9 in Season 2. Economy S heroes and A/B heroes have none. Check it on the hero screen (top-right of the hero portrait).
What’s known about exclusive weapons ✅ (holders and stat kits verified live; acquisition channels community-reported):
- Verified holders: all 9 combat S heroes — Scarlett, Nyx, Alma · Oliveira, Selena, Bella · Evelyn, Sakura, Harleyna. Two stat kits at max: the leader kit (+9,077 hero ATK / +5,119 DEF — Scarlett, Oliveira, Evelyn) and the combat kit (+7,166 / +7,166 — the other six). DEF values were rebalanced in a September 2026 patch. Full kit table on the Heroes page.
- Later-season heroes reported to get one too: Yu Chan, Queenie, Amber (Season 4) — community-reported. Evelyn’s weapon is called Starlight Bazooka.
- The weapon must be unlocked first (typically via a launch bundle or event) before any fragments can be applied.
- Fragment sources: VIP rewards, daily missions, seasonal events, season-end alliance ranking rewards, hero battle passes, the Glory Shop (framework fragments), the Time-Limited Shop (universal fragments, VIP 10+), and event shops. Upgrading to Lv.5 takes 575 fragments total (25 / 50 / 100 / 150 / 250 per level).
- Star levels on the weapon add further bonuses on top of the level track.
Four formations: 1,360M Zents / 508,000 Power Cores / 200 Orange Equipment.
Enhancement (the Mythic track)
Section titled “Enhancement (the Mythic track)”| Enhance level | Alloy spent | Weapon Hero ATK | Hero ATK% |
|---|---|---|---|
| +15 (hexagon 3 cap) | 120,000 | 2,733 | 2.90 |
| +20 (hexagon 4 cap) | 200,000 | 3,078 | 3.20 |
| +25 (hexagon 5 cap) | 315,000 | 3,423 | 3.50 |
| +50 | 2,005,000 | 5,148 | 5.00 |
| +75 | 6,655,000 | 6,873 | 6.50 |
| +100 | 15,805,000 | 8,598 | 10.00 |
Alloy cost per level escalates hard: 5,000/level early, 300,000/level in the 76–89 band, 450,000/level for 91–100. Levels 91–100 alone cost 4.5M Alloy — 28% of the entire track for ten levels.
Mythic upgrade
Section titled “Mythic upgrade”Orange D5 gear upgrades into Mythic quality using Forging Stone and Pulse Module. Since D5 caps at +25 enhance, the 0–100 enhancement table above belongs to the Mythic track.
| Level | Forging Stone | Pulse Module | Electricity | Basic stat boost | Max enhance |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 30 | — | 10M | +10% | 0 |
| 2 | 50 | — | 30M | +30% | 0 |

Where the materials come from (community-reported)
Section titled “Where the materials come from (community-reported)”- Forging Stone: orange-tier bounty mission chests are the main free source — run 3–4 orange bounties daily. Also event milestone rewards and limited-time Mythic events.
- Pulse Module: the bottleneck. Currently only from paid bundles in monthly event rotations and milestone rewards during major events — far scarcer than Forging Stones. Spread Mythic upgrades across your formation rather than maxing one piece.
- Not sources: the Glory, Merit, VIP and Camilla’s shops don’t stock either material, and Alliance Duel gives Enhancement Alloy only — no Mythic materials.
- Availability: Mythic transformation arrives with Season 4 content — treat this whole section as a preview until it reaches your server.
- Community cost estimates put a fully paid Mythic piece at several hundred to ~$1,200 in spend; a free-to-play piece is a many-month project gated by Pulse Modules. Exact income rates are not yet documented — they’ll be added here once verified.
One open question
Section titled “One open question”Every live-checked gear piece matched the unenhanced power values exactly, which strongly suggests enhancement is tracked separately from the displayed Equipment Power number. Treat that as likely-but-unconfirmed for now.
The complete per-step and per-level data — all 30 promotion steps for all four slots, and enhancement 0–100 — is on the full-tables page below.
