1. As you are already aware, you can buy the keys or use diamonds for pulls. The optimal way is to fill the board up, then click skip animation, then start mass pulling boxes at 500 diamonds per 5 pulls.

As players are eager to get destroyer, I want to break down how to get the most wrenches out of this event.

First, we want to go and look at the boxes themselves to see what they cost, expressed as Wrenches/Keys

2w / 10k

12w / 60k

70w / 300k

120w / 500k

Those are the 4 boxes that appear from least amount of wrenches to the most wrenches.

As everything else, we need to optimize player return on keys spent. To figure out the best purchase, we just divide the two numbers to determine the rate of return per key on each box. It is as follows:

2 / 10 = 0.2

12 / 60 = 0.2

70 / 300 = 0.2333

120 / 500 = 0.24

With this said, you should NOT be buying the 2 and 12 wrench boxes, but rather, save them for the 70 and 120 boxes.

The math above shows there is a 16.5% increased rate of return on 70 wrench boxes and a 20% increased return on 120 wrench boxes.

If you were to spend 1500 keys in a week here is what you would get in wrenches:

cheap boxes: 300

70 box: 350 (+50)

120 box: 360 (+60)

This is a big difference and will compound your power in this game massively over time. So save your keys, only spend 120 or 70 boxes, and save the rest for the final day to burn off any excess keys. This will get you to destroyer faster.

A 15–20% boost is nothing to scoff at. An additional 60+ keys is basically a free wrench upgrade for those pushing for destroyer.
