Vault Master Roster — State 677 Plan

To provide one Wood Vault and one Food Vault every day, you need:

14 Vault Master players per alliance as the absolute minimum.

The calculation is:

  • 2 vaults per day
  • 7 days per week
  • Each qualified player can deploy only once every 7 days
  • 2 × 7 = 14 unique deployers

I recommend recruiting 18 qualified members per alliance: seven assigned to Wood, seven assigned to Food, and four flexible backups.

A Vault Master deployment is available to the deployer’s alliance members, not automatically to everyone in State 677. Therefore, 14 qualified people spread randomly across the state will not create two daily vaults for every alliance. Each participating alliance needs its own roster, unless players deliberately transfer alliances.

Current community guides and in-game reports agree on these core mechanics:

  • Vault Master is at the end of the Support Mastery path.
  • Each qualified player can deploy one vault every seven days.
  • A vault remains active for approximately 30 minutes.
  • A vault supports up to 100 total loots.
  • Each alliance member normally gets two vault attacks per server day, shared across all vaults—not two attacks on every vault.
  • Daily vault attempts reset at server reset.
  • Ordinary plunder limits and resource licences can prevent a player from attacking the vault.

Each primary player should keep the same weekday and time every week. Because this is a strict seven-day personal cooldown, a late deployment can push that player’s following deployment later as well.

Do not count someone merely because they reached Mastery Level 30. Confirm that they have selected the Vault Master node and that the actual deployment button is available.

Maximum-value strategy: both vaults 15 minutes before reset

Section titled “Maximum-value strategy: both vaults 15 minutes before reset”

At approximately 23:45 server time:

  1. Open one Wood Vault and one Food Vault.
  2. Before reset, every participating member attacks:
    • Wood once
    • Food once
  3. After reset, they repeat:
    • Wood once
    • Food once

This gives each participant:

  • Two vault hits before reset.
  • Two more after reset.
  • Two Wood collections and two Food collections in the same 30-minute session.

The before-reset method works because the two-attempt limit refreshes at reset. Players frequently recommend opening vaults around 15 minutes before reset for this reason.

Two vaults provide a combined maximum of:

  • 100 Wood loots
  • 100 Food loots
  • 200 total attacks

A player completing one attack on each vault before reset and one on each after reset contributes four attacks. Therefore:

50 active members are needed to completely exhaust both vaults.

For a single vault spanning reset, 25 active members can generate all 100 attacks.

Active membersTotal attacks across resetApproximate attacks per vault when split evenly
104020 each
208040 each
2510050 each
4016080 each
50200100 each—both completed

Opening two vaults together is only efficient when attendance is strong. Player reports warn that multiple simultaneous vaults can be wasted when too few members are online or members have already consumed their daily attempts.

  • Do not use the daily vault attempts earlier.
  • Avoid reaching the normal resource-plunder limit before the scheduled vault.
  • Keep appropriate Food and Wood plunder licences available if the live game requires them.
  • Be online by 23:40 server time.
  • Prepare the march with the highest practical troop load.
  • Attack each vault once before reset and once after reset.
  • Do not use both attempts on Wood unless leadership announces that Wood has priority.
  • Report immediately if the game blocks an attack.

Current guides note that plunder limits and licence mismatches can stop players from collecting even when their vault-attempt counter appears unused.

Each major alliance should develop:

  • 7 Wood Vault deployers
  • 7 Food Vault deployers
  • 4 flexible backups
  • 18 Vault Master members total
  1. Wood and Food only.
  2. Deploy during the alliance’s highest attendance period.
  3. Prefer 15 minutes before reset when members can remain online on both sides.
  4. Publish the schedule at least 12 hours earlier.
  5. Do not allow random vault deployment.
  6. Record every use and seven-day cooldown.
  7. Use Zent only when specifically needed.
  8. Use Electricity only after confirming that State 677’s current game version actually offers it.

Do not abandon the two-vault program. Either divide members into two groups or prioritize the resource currently experiencing the greater shortage.

For example:

  • Group A uses both attempts on Wood.
  • Group B uses both attempts on Food.
  • After reset, the groups repeat.

This is easier than asking every player to switch targets during a crowded 30-minute event.
